Last updated 2026-04-22. These terms govern any commission placed with Pump Girls Atelier S.r.l. ("the atelier").
Orders
- A cart submission is a request, not a confirmed order. The atelier confirms each commission within two working days and issues an invoice. Payment is by wire transfer.
- Lead times are estimates from the moment payment clears. Bespoke commissions may take longer than stated.
Customization
- Posture, finish, complexion, and base selections are recorded as part of the brief.
- Final adjustments are confirmed at maquette stage. After approval, no further structural changes are accepted.
Shipping
- All commissions ship in climate-controlled crates. White-glove installation is included for orders of five or more figures.
- Risk transfers on delivery to the address provided. The atelier is not liable for damage in storage prior to install.
Returns & guarantees
- Each figure carries a ten-year finish guarantee against UV yellowing and material defects under normal display conditions.
- Bespoke commissions are non-returnable. Editions may be returned within fourteen days of receipt at the buyer's expense.
Confidentiality
- Names of houses, retailers, and clients are never disclosed without written consent. NDA terms accompany every commission on request.
